Staff Product Manager – Firefox Enterprise

Mozilla is hiring a Staff Product Manager for Firefox Enterprise. What you would do
- Own the strategy, roadmap and delivery of a major Firefox Enterprise workstream for 2027, starting with hosted offering
- Define requirements, success metrics and release plans with engineering, design, security and infrastructure teams
- Engage with pilot customers and prospects to understand deployment needs and translate them into priorities
- Collaborate with sales, legal, finance and support on packaging, pricing inputs, go-to-market readiness and compliance
- Maintain a cross-workstream roadmap showing dependencies, timelines and trade-offs for leadership
- Take on new scope as the portfolio grows (e.g., Thunderbird Enterprise and AI features) and mentor teammates
- Champion Mozilla’s values in all interactions
What they are asking for
- 5+ years of product management experience, including taking 0-to-1 enterprise security or infrastructure products from definition to launch
- Experience owning a hosted or SaaS security product with data residency and operational requirements
- Experience with public sector organisations and sovereignty requirements
- Strong communication abilities to explain complex topics to different audiences
- Proven track record of execution and turning ideas into action
- Comfort with ambiguity and setting direction for new products or markets
- Experience delivering cross-functional programs with engineering, design, security, legal and GTM teams
