What you would do
- Assess current martech and operations with Directors and VP of Growth; identify roadblocks and align to future goals
- Lead the transformation from an operations perspective to a modular marketing engine; coordinate strategy and resourcing to meet leadership timelines
- Train, coach, and upskill the internal Growth Ops team
- Architect and build modular, responsive HTML/CSS templates inside Braze
- Develop advanced Liquid logic, dynamic personalization, and Canvas audience schemas
- Set up advanced segmentation, propensity-based targeting, and automated win-back workflows with product, analytics, and engineering teams
- Deliver within the 90-day plan onboarding and ramp; interface with product and engineering leaders to map requirements
- Lead launch readiness for current email playbooks and build a modular system ready for Q1 rollout
- Engineer modular HTML/CSS email templates using assets from creative teams
- Implement complex Liquid logic and Canvas workflows to enable dynamic content
