Specialist - Social Performance, Labour & HSE Advisory

About this role

What you would do

• Conduct occupational health, safety and social performance assessments.
• Evaluate workplace safety systems, labour practices and contractor management.
• Assess emergency preparedness and incident readiness.
• Assess stakeholder engagement, grievance mechanisms and community-related risks.
• Develop corrective action plans and provide technical advice on HSE and social safeguards.
• Support infrastructure, industrial and corporate due diligence assignments.

What they are asking for

• Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Environmental Health, Social Sciences or related discipline.
• Preferably 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrable knowledge of industrial HSE, labour compliance and international safeguards.
• NEBOSH, ISO 45001 training and other recognised professional credentials are advantageous.
