About this role

Lead and drive product development through scrum teams for Qore and related services, manage the product roadmap and backlog, and coordinate release activities. The role is suited to a senior product manager with 5+ years in B2B product development or management, preferably with fintech or banking experience, based in Lagos.

What you would do

• Lead and drive product development through scrum teams
• Write user stories and prioritise backlogs
• Coordinate release activities and support sprint ceremonies
• Manage the product roadmap for Qore and related products, defining and prioritising features
• Maintain and update client facing assets (documentation, developer sites, contracts)
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer needs and opportunities for product development

• BSc in any discipline from an accredited institution
• 5+ years in B2B product development/management; fintech/banking experience preferred
• Working knowledge of agile product development and squad-based frameworks; lean methodologies and design thinking
• Proficiency with product management tools such as JIRA and Adobe Analytics; strong understanding of the product lifecycle
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence and negotiate with clients and stakeholders
• Relevant professional certifications in Product Management/Project Management (e.g., AIPMM) will be a plus
