The Special Channel Manager role focuses on growing the business by expanding into specialised, non-traditional customer segments and managing niche sales channels such as PPMVs, spas, gyms, beauty salons, supermarkets and events. It is aimed at professionals with several years of sales and marketing experience, including supervisory work, who can onboard and lead these channels and coordinate channel-specific campaigns.
What you would do
- Identify and onboard prospective non-traditional channels such as PPMVs, fitness centres, spas, beauty salons, supermarkets and events.
- Sponsor and anchor high-traffic wellness events, sports tournaments, corporate health days and beauty expos to create sales hubs.
- Secure strategic partnerships and close commercial agreements with prospective channels.
- Design and execute experiential setups at points of sale or gathering hubs to engage end-users.
- Lead and coach field sales teams; ensure stock levels, delivery schedules, and premium product placement at partner venues.
- Track performance and provide regular metrics, ROI analyses, and collaborate with Marketing on promotions and campaigns.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biological Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years progressive sales and marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role managing field sales teams.
- Experience in FMCG, wellness, pharmaceutical, or hospitality sectors is highly desirable.
- Strong command of CRM software, route-to-market applications, and Microsoft Excel for analytical reporting.
- Proven ability to create novel sales opportunities in untapped or unconventional markets and to close high-value B2B deals.
- Track record of managing structured sales pipelines.
