Sous Chef - Room Service

The role is for a Sous Chef in the Room Service department at Hyatt in Lagos. What you would do

• Assist the Chef de Cuisine in managing room service kitchen operations.

• Contribute to planning and budgeting related to the room service kitchen.
• Help maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through effective service delivery.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Sous Chef or 4 years as Chef de Partie in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
• Experience in luxury international brands preferred.
• Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management is an advantage.
• Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards is essential.
• Basic computer skills in MS Office and recipe maintenance system preferred.
