What you would do
- Prepare and present a wide variety of intercontinental dishes to a high standard
- Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and food production
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure recipes and portion sizes are followed
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene and sanitation
- Assist with stock management and minimise food wastage
- Work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen environment

- OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Catering, Food Production or related field
- Professional culinary training or relevant certifications (advantageous)
- Experience preparing intercontinental dishes and supporting a Head Chef
- Ability to supervise staff and ensure adherence to recipes and portion sizes
- Good teamwork, communication and organisational skills
- Demonstrable ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
