Leomarkz Integrated Services Limited is hiring a Social Media Officer to manage and grow the company and Foundation’s online presence from Emene, Enugu. The role involves developing content strategies, creating and editing videos, managing all social media handles, engaging with followers, handling enquiries, and running Meta Ads campaigns. The candidate should be creative, proactive, and results-driven, with experience in social media management and digital marketing. The position is full-time with a Monday to Saturday work schedule and immediate resumption preferred. The employer operates in manufacturing and packaging, focusing on quality products and customer satisfaction.

What you would do

• Research social media trends and audience interests and plan content calendars
• Create, shoot and edit videos and photos for social media and write captions and graphics
• Publish content across all official social media accounts and maintain brand identity
• Monitor account performance, manage interactions, and respond to enquiries
• Handle enquiries and leads, track and follow up, and escalate when needed
• Manage social media advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports
• Provide regular social media performance updates to management
• Track metrics such as reach, engagement, and leads; identify high-performing content
• Collaborate on content ideas aligned with brand objectives and events

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience
• Experience using Meta Ads Manager to set up and manage campaigns
• Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut or similar
• Ability to create creative content ideas and engaging captions
• Proactive, creative, results-oriented approach
• On-site availability in Emene, Enugu State, Monday to Saturday
• Portfolio or samples of managed social media accounts and campaigns (added advantage)
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple brand accounts
