What you would do

• Develop and implement social media content strategies for the company and Foundation.
• Create, shoot and edit videos and photos for social media.
• Publish content according to the content calendar across platforms.
• Manage official social media handles and monitor audience interactions.
• Respond to enquiries and follow up on leads generated via social media.
• Set up and monitor Meta Ads campaigns, analyse performance, and optimise spend.
• Track social media metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Maintain consistent branding and accurate information online.
• Identify trends and propose improvements to reach and engage audiences.
• Escalate complaints and sensitive enquiries to the appropriate department.
