Social Media Marketing Specialist

A full-time Social Media Marketing Specialist role based in Lagos, focused on growing Bluetti's brand presence in Nigeria through organic and paid social campaigns, content localisation, and community engagement. The position targets candidates with social media experience in Nigeria or West Africa and strong content creation and analytics skills.
What you would do
- Develop and execute social media strategies for Nigeria across multiple platforms
- Create, curate and schedule localized content in English, Pidgin and local languages
- Plan and manage paid social campaigns including budgeting and A/B testing
- Identify and manage partnerships with Nigerian influencers and track ROI
- Monitor trends, competitor activity and adapt content strategy accordingly
- Engage with the online community and report on KPIs to drive improvements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 2–4 years of social media marketing experience in Nigeria or West Africa
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts and running paid campaigns
- Strong understanding of Nigerian social media culture and consumer behavior
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills; familiarity with Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Experience with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics) and good communication skills
