Social Media Marketing Specialist
About this role
A full-time Social Media Marketing Specialist to grow Bluetti Energy Nigeria's brand presence in Nigeria, managing localised content and both organic and paid campaigns. The role targets candidates familiar with Nigerian social media culture and fluent in English, with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
What you would do
- Track and report on KPIs and translate insights into actions
- Create, curate and schedule localized content across platforms
- Monitor trends and competitor activity and adjust strategy accordingly
- Collaborate with design, product and sales teams for brand consistency and launches
- Identify, brief and manage Nigerian influencers and track ROI
- Plan and manage paid social campaigns and optimise performance

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 2–4 years of social media marketing experience in Nigeria or West Africa
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Nigerian Pidgin or a local language is a plus
- Strong communication, creativity and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics)
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills; familiarity with Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
