What you would do

• Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages
• Track performance and provide regular engagement and growth reports
• Create, shoot, and edit videos for social media (reels, promotional, product videos)
• Manage company social media accounts across platforms
• Stay updated on trends and incorporate them into content
• Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand and marketing objectives
• Design graphics, flyers, and promotional materials
• Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, brand awareness, and sales
• Plan, schedule, and publish social media content consistently
• Collaborate with management to promote products, services, and campaigns

What they are asking for

• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
• Skilled in video shooting, production, and editing
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and trends
• Good knowledge of Canva or similar graphic design tools
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation
• Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar)
