What you would do

• Develop and implement a social media plan aligned with the brand and business priorities
• Manage brand channels on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
• Create a monthly content calendar covering education, demonstrations, tips, campaigns and merchant stories
• Research audience needs and trends to suggest content ideas
• Write captions and scripts and produce or edit short videos and graphics
• Publish content consistently with brand voice and quality control
• Coordinate with product and sales teams for updates and materials
• Use clear calls to action to drive approved enquiry channels
• Monitor comments and direct messages and respond within timelines
• Capture and refer qualified enquiries to the sales team and identify partnership opportunities
