What you would do
- Develop and implement social media strategies for shipping and logistics services
- Create engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, captions, promotional materials)
- Manage company social media platforms and maintain a consistent posting schedule
- Produce content explaining services, processes, and industry updates
- Plan, shoot and edit professional photos and videos
- Respond to online inquiries, comments, and messages
- Execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads
- Monitor industry trends and competitors; review relevant news
- Analyse social media performance and prepare regular reports
- Collaborate with management and other departments to convey services and achievements

- Excellent writing, communication, storytelling and creativity
- Knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation and social media analytics
