A Social Media Manager and Digital Marketer is needed to grow and manage the online presence of multiple brands for Rapid Plus Information Technology in Lagos. The role focuses on developing strategies, creating content, growing audiences and converting engagement into enquiries and business results.
What you would do
- Develop and implement growth strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and X
- Plan, create and manage monthly content calendars for multiple brands
- Produce high-quality short form content and promotional material (Reels, Shorts, TikToks, graphics, carousels, stories)
- Edit videos using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools
- Write hooks, captions and calls to action and manage audience engagement
- Monitor performance, prepare monthly reports and collaborate with internal teams for campaigns and launches

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts for brands
- Strong portfolio showing content creation and measurable results
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube
