The role targets individuals who can manage social media platforms, create engaging content, grow brand awareness and generate enquiries and leads. What you would do

• Improve content strategies using performance data.
• Write captions, hooks, calls to action and brand messages.
• Film and edit professional content using a phone or camera.
• Develop content strategies and calendars aligned with business goals.
• Manage comments, direct messages and online community engagement.
• Manage social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts.
• Create paid social media campaigns that can convert to sales.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
• Generate fresh content ideas and short form videos; identify relevant trends.

• HND/BSc in Mass Communication or related discipline.
• Youth Corps members with demonstrated skills or relevant experience may apply.
• 1 year of relevant experience in content creation and social media management.
• Experience using CapCut.
