Social Media Manager

About this role

Role: Social Media Manager based in Abuja with Lida. You will translate each client’s business, audience and objectives into social media activity that supports visibility, engagement and growth, and work with Brand Management to align social media with the broader client engagement. This is not a routine content-posting role.

What you would do

• Create and oversee monthly social media strategies and content calendars for assigned accounts.
• Research client businesses, industries, competitors, audiences and trends.
• Draft and tailor social media copy for various platforms and audiences.
• Coordinate with designers, video producers and other creatives to ensure timely delivery of content.
• Oversee publishing and scheduling across social platforms.
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions and overall community engagement.
