Social Media Manager
About this role
A Social Media Manager is needed to grow and manage BBA Motors Limited's social channels, ensure content compliance and drive engagement and leads through organic and paid campaigns in Lagos. The role targets someone with substantial social media experience and familiarity with automotive or sales environments.
What you would do
- Manage daily content publishing and community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and X
- Review content for platform compliance before publishing
- Manage and optimise Meta and TikTok paid campaigns
- Track social media performance and campaign metrics (engagement, growth, leads, CPL, ROAS)
- Monitor platform trends, algorithms and competitor activity
- Collaborate with Content, Production and Business Conversion teams
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication or related field
- 4 to 8 years of hands-on social media experience
- Proven experience managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and X
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager with measurable results
- Strong knowledge of content policies, analytics, copywriting and social media tools
- Portfolio or proven track record of growing accounts and running successful campaigns
