What you would do

• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages as required, and nurture online communities
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to produce visual and written content
• Track trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
• Analyse performance metrics and report on reach, engagement, growth, leads and conversions
• Recommend and implement strategies to boost brand visibility, engagement, and sales
• Maintain consistency in tone of voice and visual identity across digital channels
