A full-time Social Media Manager to lead social strategy and execution for the company's portfolio of agency clients, working with cross-functional teams in Ikeja, Lagos. The role requires strategic planning, creative execution, and performance tracking with a focus on multiple social platforms.

What you would do

• Develop monthly content calendars and campaign roadmaps
• Create and implement platform-specific social media strategies
• Brief and oversee short-form video and static asset production
• Lead real-time trend and cultural moment responses for client brands
• Manage community engagement and develop brand voice guidelines
• Deliver monthly analytics reports with insights and recommendations

What they are asking for

• At least 3 years of professional social media management experience (agency experience preferred)
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a good eye for visuals and short-form video
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and X algorithms and formats
• Proficiency with social analytics or listening tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics)
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts under tight deadlines
• Bonus: basic CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva or Photoshop skills; experience with paid social ads
