Social Media Inbound Officer

About this role

The role is for managing Olam Agri's social media presence from Lagos, handling content creation, engagement and reporting for multiple platforms. It targets candidates with experience in social media or digital marketing who can coordinate with teams and produce timely content.

What you would do

• Manage the companys social media accounts across multiple platforms
• Develop and implement a monthly content plan and calendar
• Create, edit and publish posts, videos, graphics and stories
• Respond to comments, messages, enquiries and leads and convert enquiries to potential clients
• Monitor performance and prepare regular social media reports for management
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers and influencers as needed and assist with paid campaigns when required

What they are asking for

• BSc, HND or OND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Communications or related field
• 1 to 3 years of social media or digital marketing experience (advantage)
• Strong knowledge of major social platforms and their features
• Content creation, copywriting and storytelling skills
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut or similar)
• Good understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
