About this role
Solar Depot Nigeria in Lagos seeks a Social Media Content Creator and manager to own the end-to-end content process. The role focuses on turning products, installations, customers, team activities, trends, and everyday events into engaging content that builds the Solar Depot brand, educates the audience, and promotes products and services. The position is onsite in Berger, Lagos, with proximity to Opic and other nearby areas. The candidate should be able to guide shoots, produce various formats, and maintain the brand voice across platforms. The role involves planning content, editing, filming, and analysing performance to inform future activities.
What you would do
- Manage the full content creation process from idea to publication
- Post and schedule content across social media platforms
- Research trends and identify participation opportunities for Solar Depot
- Develop creative content concepts and scripts for various formats
- Edit reels, TikToks, long- and short-form videos, photos and other content
- Write captions, hooks, and outlines for content
- Monitor performance using insights and analytics to optimise content
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
- Plan and coordinate content shoots and direct participants as needed
- Create monthly and weekly content plans
