About this role

Bumpa is seeking a Social Media Associate to join its Growth & Marketing team. The role focuses on creating content that is relevant, entertaining and valuable to business owners and helping plan and execute campaigns. It is a collaborative, fast-paced, hands-on role that requires taking ownership of projects.

What you would do

• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and other platforms.
• Develop creative, relatable content ideas and turn topics into content people want to consume.
• Produce short-form videos, reels, carousels, stories, and other social formats.
• Stay on top of trends, memes, conversations, and internet culture; engage with the community.
• Work with the Content & Social Media team to plan and execute campaigns and track content performance to improve.
• Take ownership of projects from idea to execution and be comfortable appearing in content.

• 2-3 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and X.
• Creative, curious, with good storytelling and copywriting skills.
• Basic video editing skills; comfortable creating and appearing in content.
• Proactive, collaborative and able to work independently; interested in business, entrepreneurship, and startups.
• Portfolio or examples of content you've created or managed.
