About this role

Elizabeth Maddeux Limited seeks a creative, results-driven Social Media Associate to manage and grow the company’s online presence across relevant social platforms. The role is suited to someone with knowledge of social media management, content creation, graphic design and digital marketing who can create engaging content and support marketing activities. The position is based in Lagos (Egbeda) with a hybrid work arrangement: three days on-site and two days off.

What you would do

• Manage the company’s social media accounts and maintain an active online presence.
• Create engaging social media content including graphics, captions, and short-form videos.
• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar.
• Design marketing and promotional materials using Canva or other tools.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Monitor social media trends and engage with the online community.

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing or related field is advantageous.
• Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Familiarity with major platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and X.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar.
• Understanding of digital marketing principles and social media analytics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
