About this role
AIDHealth Inc. is seeking a Social Listening and Digital Analytics Lead for hybrid work. The role targets candidates with advanced social listening and data analysis skills, preferably with health or development sector experience, who can manage online monitoring for Hausa-speaking audiences and contribute to reporting.
What you would do
- Set up and manage the licensed social listening platform for the programme and related activities.
- Design, test and maintain Hausa search queries including language variants and Ajami script.
- Monitor online conversations daily and issue priority alerts within agreed timeframes.
- Maintain and update the Partner's live monitoring dashboard and produce regular summaries.
- Track audience responses to programme-related activities.
- Lead the selection of listening tools and access applications; contribute findings to learning and baseline/final reports.
What they are asking for
- Master's degree in Communications, Data Science, Media Studies, Social Science or related field (PhD preferred).
- At least 5 years of professional experience in social listening or media monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise listening platform (Meltwater, Talkwalker, Brandwatch or Sprinklr).
- Experience designing Boolean queries and testing for precision and recall.
- Experience monitoring Nigerian or Hausa-language online spaces.
- Fluent in Hausa and English.
