About this role
A SOC Analyst Level II role based in Lagos, supporting the cybersecurity operations team to detect, respond to, and investigate security incidents, and to review and improve security across on-premises, data centre, and cloud environments.
What you would do
- Collaborate with the cybersecurity operations team to identify threats and incidents.
- Detect and respond to security incidents and conduct forensic investigations.
- Review infrastructure, networking, and security configurations and posture; make recommendations.
- Create and maintain metrics that reflect the organisation's security posture.
- stay updated with threat intelligence feeds and relevant industry reports.
- Assist with security improvements across on-prem, data centre and cloud environments.
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology or Cybersecurity field.
- 4+ years in cybersecurity.
- 2+ years as a SOC/Forensic analyst supporting incident response.
