Soap Mixer Operator (D-C)

About this role

The Soap Mixer Operator is based in Abia and works in the Finishing Plant for PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc. The role involves operating and controlling mixing processes, tending equipment and ensuring product quality, with supervision from the Production Supervisor and Technician.

What you would do

• Operate and tend mixing equipment, weighers and conveyors to move materials through production processes.
• Read batch cards to determine production information and specifications.
• Start the mixer and run for the required mixing time; stop the mixer and transfer mixtures by opening valves.
• Inspect materials and products to ensure conformance to established standards.
• Clean and maintain equipment and perform housekeeping activities.
• Record operational and production data on specified forms.
