SME Loan Officer (Hybrid)

What you would do
- Identify SMEs and individuals seeking vehicle-based financing and assess their funding needs
- Evaluate loan applications and financial information to support credit decisions
- Manage the loan process from application and documentation through disbursement and repayment monitoring
- Build and maintain relationships with SME customers and ensure timely loan repayments and portfolio Quality
- Monitor portfolio performance and ensure adherence to lending targets
- Collaborate with credit teams to optimise loan structuring and risk assessment

- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in SME lending, commercial lending or credit, with hands-on vehicle-based lending experience
- Strong understanding of credit assessment, loan structuring, collateral evaluation and repayment monitoring
- Proven ability to acquire and manage SME customers and meet lending and portfolio targets
- Experience in servicing vehicle-based lending and portfolio management
- Ability to work in Lagos and handle full loan lifecycle from application to repayment
