Site Supervisor/Graduate Trainee role for SPO Designs Limited in Lekki, Lagos. The position involves overseeing daily site activities, coordinating staff, and ensuring work is performed efficiently and safely to company standards, with training provided for fresh graduates.
What you would do
- Supervise daily activities at the assigned site
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, appearance and conduct
- Ensure duties are carried out on schedule
- Maintain communication between site staff and management
- Monitor the use and condition of equipment, materials and other resources
- Prepare and submit daily or weekly site activity reports

- Minimum OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution with 0-3 years’ experience
- Graduates from any relevant discipline are encouraged to apply

- Previous supervisory or site experience is an advantage but not compulsory
