The Site Logistics Coordinator at Collection Developments plans and coordinates all on-site logistics for major multi-building construction projects. This includes managing material deliveries, crane operations, storage and site traffic. What you would do

• Manage the site delivery booking system to pre-book all material deliveries and prevent gate congestion.
• Coordinate daily crane schedules across construction zones with the Zone Construction Managers and the Programme and MEP Manager to avoid conflicts.
• Oversee on-site materials storage areas, including allocation of storage zones by material type and block, and monitoring for wastage or damage.
• Coordinate the wet room and bathroom unit delivery and crane-in programme with the Procurement Manager and tower crane operators.
• Oversee the site traffic management plan to ensure safe vehicle movements and coordinate with security on gate management.
• Maintain the delivery record log.
