What you would do
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure work progresses as planned
- Keep accurate records of all materials delivered and used on site
- Track inventory and report shortages, damages or discrepancies
- Prepare and submit daily site progress reports to management
- Update material usage records using Microsoft Excel
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors and suppliers for efficient operations
- Report site issues, delays or observations impacting timelines
- Ensure documentation of site activities and material movement
- Support management with other inspection and reporting duties as assigned
- Maintain proper documentation of site operations and movements of materials
What they are asking for
- Minimum of OND, HND or BSc in Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in construction or site supervision (advantageous)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong record-keeping, reporting and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment
