About this role
The Construction Foreman will supervise on-site construction activities for our real estate projects in Abuja. The role involves managing the workforce, ensuring quality workmanship and safety, and delivering projects in line with approved drawings, specifications and timelines.
What you would do
- Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities and the on-site workforce.
- Allocate tasks to artisans and labourers and monitor their performance.
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work schedules.
- Ensure construction works meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors.
- Maintain daily site records, progress reports, and attendance logs.
