What you would do

• Implement project designs and construction works as directed by the Project Supervisor
• Ensure construction activities follow approved designs and schedules
• Coordinate masons, labourers and ad hoc staff on site
• Maintain communication with project team to meet objectives
• Collaborate with the Project Supervisor, Executive Assistant and external consultants for standards compliance
• Contribute to the implementation of company construction policies
• Ensure works align with designs and specifications without errors
• Apply the project checklist to maintain quality assurance
• Optimize use of financial resources and materials on site
• Minimise waste and manage site resources efficiently

• HND or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Site Structural Engineer in real estate/construction
• Relevant engineering qualifications in structural engineering or related field
• Professional certification such as COREN, NSE or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, project management and quality control
• Ability to read and interpret project designs and specifications
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
