What you would do

• Supervise and coordinate finishing works (tiling, painting, plastering, screeding, ceiling installation, plumbing fixtures).
• Inspect finished works for quality, accuracy, neatness and compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate artisans, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor finishing materials usage, minimise wastage, and ensure quality standards.
• Identify and resolve finishing defects and oversee corrective works.
• Prepare regular site progress reports.
