What you would do
- Oversee and manage construction activities on site to meet timelines, specifications and safety regulations
- Supervise erection of steel structures and civil works for warehouse construction
- Interpret and implement architectural/structural drawings, BOQs and technical documents
- Coordinate and monitor performance of subcontractors and labour on site
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control and quality assurance of materials and work
- Resolve site issues in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Liaise with project managers, engineers and stakeholders for project alignment
- Maintain accurate records of construction progress, site activities and daily reports
- Ensure compliance with all HSE standards on site
- Manage procurement and use of materials, tools and equipment efficiently

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years proven experience as a Site Engineer in warehouse construction and steel building projects
- Solid understanding of steel structures, pre-engineered buildings (PEB) and warehouse layouts
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and site management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project and other construction software
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and interpret structural designs
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project demands
- Preferred: Experience with PEB suppliers or steel structure installation companies
- Preferred: Knowledge of local building codes and regulatory requirements; Professional body memberships (e.g., COREN, NSE) as an added advantage
