BTech Construction Limited seeks an experienced Site Engineer for site-based delivery across project locations in Nigeria, with emphasis on execution, safety, quality and programme. The role is to oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate trades, and report progress to the Project Manager. What you would do
- Enforce site safety rules and PPE guidelines, and ensure safe temporary works and access arrangements.
- Produce clear daily and weekly site reports and maintain site records and diaries.
- Direct site workers, subcontractors and artisans from mobilisation to practical completion.
- Prepare and monitor daily and weekly execution plans aligned with the approved programme.
- Track progress against programme, report delays, and implement recovery plans.
- Prepare material requisitions, verify deliveries, and optimise labour deployment.
- Read and implement architectural, structural and MEP drawings and specifications.
- Check setting out, levels and dimensions and coordinate trades to avoid clashes.
- Raise any differences between drawings and site conditions promptly.
- Maintain documentation and ensure proper sequencing and quality control on site.

- Degree or HND in Building Engineering or a related construction discipline.
