Site Administrator

About this role

Site Administrator role with Megastar Technical & Construction Company, based on-site at the Nekede project in Imo State. The position supports daily HR and administrative operations and is suited to someone with experience in HR/Admin within the construction industry.

What you would do

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding at the site
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation (offers, personnel files, IDs, onboarding records)
• Manage attendance, biometrics, leaves, and HRIS updates
• Coordinate outsourced staff attendance and payroll information
• Arrange staff travel and accommodation as required
• Schedule meetings, take minutes, and manage office correspondence

What they are asking for

• BSc or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in HR/Admin or Site Administrator role within the construction industry
• Good knowledge of HR administration and office management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS
• Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• On-site role based in Nekede, Imo State
