Shuttle Bay Transport Assistant
About this role
A Shuttle Bay Transport Assistant is needed to coordinate shuttle bay operations, passenger movement and transportation activities, ensuring safe and timely movement of personnel and materials in Port Harcourt. The role targets candidates with up to 2 years of experience in logistics or transport, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
What you would do
- Ensure vehicles are available at least 15 minutes before scheduled departure
- Monitor passenger movements and contact personnel who are unavailable
- Coordinate with Security and Transport teams for safe transportation
- Manage materials and ensure items reach their destinations
- Coordinate vehicle requests and transportation arrangements for personnel
- Attend to personnel travelling through the shuttle bay and ensure timely shuttle departures

- Maximum of 2 years' experience in logistics, transportation or related field (Oil & Gas preferred)
- BSc/HND or equivalent in any discipline
- Strong organisational and coordination abilities
- Basic computer proficiency
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Good English communication skills
