What you would do

• Supervise daily showroom operations and ensure product display and housekeeping meet company standards.
• Manage showroom inventory, monitor stock levels, and record stock receipts, sales, transfers, and returns.
• Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, engaging customers, promoting products, and meeting sales targets.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts, reconcile inventory records, and investigate discrepancies to prevent losses.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, inventory balances, stock movement, customer feedback, and operations.
• Ensure timely replenishment of showroom products and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to avoid stock-outs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, handle complaints, and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Supervise showroom staff, allocate duties, monitor performance, and ensure professional customer service.
