Showroom Supervisor

Sayed Farms Limited is recruiting a Showroom Supervisor for its Ibadan, Oyo operation. The role focuses on overseeing daily showroom activities, driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring accurate stock records and good customer service. The candidate will work within a company active in poultry products and frozen foods, including chicken, potatoes, cheese, vegetables, seafood and ice cream. The position is full-time and based in Oyo.
What you would do
- Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure product display, housekeeping and compliance with company standards.
- Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, engaging customers, promoting products, and meeting sales targets.
- Manage showroom inventory, monitor stock levels and record stock receipts, sales, transfers and returns.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts, reconcile records and investigate discrepancies to prevent stock losses.
- Ensure timely replenishment of showroom products and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams.
- Supervise showroom staff, allocate duties, monitor performance and ensure professional customer service.
- Build and maintain customer relationships, handle complaints and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, inventory balances, stock movement, customer feedback and operations.

- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Accounting or related discipline.
- Minimum of five years' relevant experience in sales, showroom management, retail operations or inventory management.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop customer relationships.
- Practical experience in inventory control, stock reconciliation, stock movement documentation and loss prevention.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management or ERP systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical and organisational skills.
- High integrity, attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
