What you would do
- Lead and supervise the showroom sales team to achieve targets.
- Maintain showroom presentation, pricing, and product display standards.
- Ensure product knowledge among staff and functional demo units.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with relevant teams.
- Track and report sales performance daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Collaborate with marketing on promotions and campaigns.
- Provide excellent customer service and manage escalated complaints.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Train staff on product knowledge, customer service and selling techniques.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise revenue.

- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with POS/retail systems.

- Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Experience in electronics, home appliances or related retail is an advantage.
