Shift Team Lead - Production

What you would do

• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of production areas, tooling and machinery.
• Oversee completion of documentation such as line logs and quality records.
• Conduct product trials and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and collaborate with quality teams.
• Manage machinery operation including disassembly, reassembly and calibration.
• Conduct yield reconciliations at end of each batch.
• Address and escalate issues to management and lead problem-solving efforts.
• Manage shift handovers for seamless production continuity.
• Lead and collaborate with the production team to meet targets.
