What you would do
- Lead the site crew on cementing service work

- Ensure adherence to HSE procedures and regulatory guidelines
- Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness
- Coordinate cleanup, repair and preparation of equipment for next job
- Oversee cementing work at the well site to deliver quality service
- Evaluate crew performance and train operators to improve performance
- Ensure customer satisfaction with work performed
- Assist with budgeting or revenue-impacting activities where applicable

- At least one year of experience as Service Operator-Cementing, II or similar
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Possession or ability to obtain license to drive commercial equipment if required
- Working knowledge of cementing service line and related functions
- Ability to plan for jobs, provide clear instructions, and resolve disputes to approved levels
- Understanding of health, safety and environmental requirements
- Ability to lead a mixed team of Halliburton and non-Halliburton staff
