What you would do

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment from requisition to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, portals, networks, referrals, and other channels.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for technical, managerial, and operational roles.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communication, offers, and recruitment documentation.
• Maintain recruitment database and prepare vacancies, time-to-fill, and performance reports.
• Enhance employer branding and candidate experience; suggest process improvements.
• Ensure timely recruitment to meet workforce requirements.

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in HRM, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• Minimum of six years' relevant experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Experience in FMCG, poultry, agribusiness, or manufacturing is an advantage.
