What you would do
- Manage all existing assigned aggregators to meet weekly Terminal Activity Targets.
- Reactivate inactive aggregators with necessary support.
- Grow each aggregator's agent base and ensure daily growth in transaction revenue.
- Ensure aggregators control and manage the mapped terminals.
- Report competitive market information to the line manager.
- Resolve all agent issues promptly.
- Onboard and supervise active aggregators.
- Build strong collaborative relationships with aggregators.
- Organise data and generate agent insights to boost sales productivity.
- Provide data-driven insights to improve sales performance.
