Senior Specialist in Cloud Sales for Micro, Small Enterprise and Startup customers. Based in Lagos, the role focuses on acquiring, growing and retaining SME and startup clients for MTN Cloud and related managed services, acting as MTN’s digital transformation partner of choice.

What you would do

• Manage a defined SME sector or territory within the Medium Enterprise market
• Keep CRM pipeline updated and aligned with sales stages
• Convert leads into opportunities and close new business with support from the sales pod
• Prepare and deliver standard proposals and pricing with sales support
• Represent MTN Cloud at roadshows, workshops and business events
• Maintain deal hygiene and progress in CRM; drive outbound prospecting, demos, and needs-based solutions; provide feedback to marketing, technical and product teams

What they are asking for

• First degree in business, marketing, IT or a related field
• Cloud and sales certifications preferred (e.g., AWS Cloud Practitioner, Salesforce CRM)
• 6 to 13 years total experience; 2–5 years in SME or mid-market B2B sales
• Experience selling SaaS, IT services or telecom products is advantageous
• Familiarity with digital tools for prospecting and CRM
