What you would do

• Design, develop and maintain scalable backend systems for Identity, KYC, authentication and related services
• Take ownership of complex technical projects from design through testing, deployment and maintenance
• Build reliable distributed systems capable of serving millions of customers across multiple markets
• Work with Product, Risk, Compliance and other engineering teams to deliver identity and KYC solutions
• Contribute to technical architecture, engineering standards, code reviews and best practices within the Identity squad
• Mentor other engineers and promote knowledge sharing within the team

• 5+ years of professional backend software development experience
• Strong experience designing and building distributed systems and scalable backend services
• Experience with Go, or strong experience in another backend language with willingness to transition to Go
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, system design, testing, CI/CD, and production operations
• Experience working on complex systems where reliability, security and scalability are critical
• Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to work effectively within cross-functional engineering teams
