The successful candidate will assess the current technology stack, guide scalable architecture and IT governance, and work with executive leadership to align tech initiatives with business goals. What you would do

• Advise executive management on technology investments and digital transformation.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technology roadmaps.
• Assess existing systems, processes and engineering capabilities for improvement.
• Guide architecture modernization, scalability, performance, security and governance.
• Provide strategic guidance on backend, frontend, databases, APIs and cloud infrastructure.
• Lead technical decisions in ecommerce, fintech and marketplace development, including payment integrations and settlement architecture.
• Support IT leadership in project delivery, QA, cybersecurity and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to improve platform functionality and user experience.
• Develop a scalable technology roadmap supporting growth and expansion.
• Mentor engineers and technical staff, establishing KPIs and accountability mechanisms.
