What you would do
- Participate in technical interviews, client discussions, solution reviews, and engineering assessments
- Explain technical decisions clearly to stakeholders
- Demonstrate strong understanding of the technologies they have worked with
- Build and maintain production backend systems
- Work across backend architecture, API development, databases, and system design
- Address complex backend problems and align engineering decisions with business needs
- Collaborate in a remote, possibly multi-stack environment
