Senior Social Media & Paid Ads Manager

About this role

A fully remote role for an experienced social media and paid ads professional to grow audience, generate enquiries and bookings for Resortlife.travel, focusing on Meta and X campaigns and content across Instagram, TikTok, and X.

What you would do

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta and X
• Own social content strategy for Instagram, TikTok and X with short-form video at centre
• Identify trends and create clear creative briefs to brand resorts and products
• Set up and manage tracking with Meta pixel and GA4 and report on driving metrics
• Test, measure and scale effective activities and discontinue underperformers
• Monitor budgets and performance to improve reach, engagement and conversions

• 4+ years in social media and paid ads
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and X Ads, including budget management and measurable ROAS or CPA
• At least one campaign or account growth with measurable results (reach, views, followers, engagement or sales)
• Strong short-form video and content strategy for Instagram, TikTok and X
• Solid analytics including Meta pixel and GA4 with clear reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field or equivalent proven results
